Cancer Prevention Tips

Healthy eating should be based on evidence of plant foods:

1.Is likely to eat different kinds of fruit can prevent cancers of the mouth, throat, esophagus, lung and stomach cancer.

2. The consumption of dietary fibre-containing foods can prevent colorectal cancer.

3. Eating plenty of starchy vegetables are unlikely to prevent cancers of the mouth, throat, esophagus and stomach.
No starchy vegetables do not include green beans, potatoes, pumpkins, vegetables and corns.

4. Such vegetables as onions and garlic may prevent colorectal cancer and therefore, recommends eating at least 5 or more fruits and vegetables a day.
